We are happy to inform you that the preliminary programme of the 48th ICTMD World Conference (Te Herenga Waka, Victoria University of Wellington, New Zealand, 9–15 January 2025) is now online. To view the programme please visit the following website: https://easychair.org/smart-program/ICTMD2025/

As you are aware, the 2025 ICTMD World Conference will include in-person and online presentations. While we hope to greet as many of you as possible in Wellington, we know that some of you will be joining us virtually. Please check the day and time of your presentation on the preliminary programme to confirm your availability. Please also continue to check for updates to the preliminary programme over the coming weeks and months, as it will shift somewhat in light of the changing availability of presenters and other event developments.

If you plan on attending the Wellington conference in person, please ensure that your arrival and departure times for the conference will allow you to deliver your presentation on the scheduled day and time. If you plan on attending the conference virtually, please ensure that you calculate any time zone difference accurately. The conference site is will be in the time zone UTC+13 in January. Although we have made best efforts to schedule virtual presentations at a comfortable time for the presenters, because ICTMD has members across the globe and we are constrained by other aspects of programming, you may find yourself presenting at unusual hours of the day! We thank you, in advance, for your understanding and cooperation.

IMPORTANT: If you present (or co-present) a paper at the conference, you must register to the World Conference and be an ICTMD member in good standing by 15 October 2024, or your name will be removed from the programme.

To renew your existing membership or join ICTMD as a new member, please visit https://www.ictmd.org/membership/renew. Because all 2024 memberships are considered current for 90 days after their expiry date (i.e., until 31 March 2025), you will not need to extend your membership for 2025 if you will only participate in the January conference.
