  • A statement of how this session contributes to the theme of decolonisation of music and dance studies as outlined in the ICTM Dialogues Call for Proposals
  • List of various session components and organization of the required time
  • Supplementary materials (pre-recorded content, readings, translations of summaries, etc) to provide to participants in advance

Proposals should be in English to facilitate the evaluation process. However, we encourage presentations involving languages other than English; in this case, we request that presenters provide summaries and other supplementary materials in English. The organizing committee will invite a chair who can act as translator during sessions involving languages other than English.
