HOW TO GET TO LJUBLJANA? 

Ljubljana is accessible by airplane, train, bus  or car:

By air

Ljubljana international Airport (Jože Pučnik) is connected to many European cities. Beside the national carier Adria Airways there are many different European companies flying in. Nearby airports are Vienna (A), v Graz (A), Klagenfurt (A), Salzburg (A), Venice (I), Trieste (I) and Zagreb (CRO).

By car

Good roads and short distances present the best way to explore the beauties of Slovenia. You need a vignette for motorways. The lights are obligatory also during the day.

CONFERENCE VENUE AND WHERE TO STAY

The conference is taking place at the Scientific Research Center of Slovenian Academy of Science and Arts (ZRC SAZU) in Prešener's hall (Prešernova dvorana). This is in a very center of the city. See:

If you need an official invitation letter, please write to mojca.kovacic@zrc-sazu.si in advance and we will provide one from the host institution ZRC SAZU. 

REGISTRATION AND FEES

The registration deadline is 26th of August and the fee of 50 EUR (40 eur for students) should be payed at that time. All details about money transfer are in the registration form attached to this message. The fee will cover the cost of organisation of the conference, side events, lunch for 3 days, coffee breaks and printing.
