The Grupo Tradiciones Musicales - SIbE is currently the Spain National Committee of ICTM.
The SIbE (Sociedad de Etnomusicología) was founded in 1991. SIBE is a Spanish learned society dedicate to the study of music as a cultural fact and the relationships of music within its social contexts.
